By booking with North View B&B, you, the lead guest, and your fellow guests agree to the following terms and conditions. We want to ensure your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible, so please take a moment to familiarise yourself with these guidelines. Your Stay with Us

The price you see advertised includes your accommodation and a continental breakfast. While we do reserve the right to adjust our prices, rest assured it won’t affect any bookings you have already made.

Arrivals and Departures

Check-in time is between 5pm and 8pm on the day of arrival. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to arrive outside of these hours, just let us know in advance. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 am on the day of departure.

Booking and Payment

To secure your reservation, we require the full payment.

You can settle your payment via BACS (bank transfer) or debit/credit card. Rest assured, your card details are safe with us and will only be charged under specific circumstances outlined in our policy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so please review our cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Cancellations and No Shows

We are a small business, and cancellations can affect us significantly, especially if we have turned aways other guests to accommodate you. While we are sympathetic to unforeseen circumstances, our cancellation policy ensures fairness for everyone involved.

If you need to cancel:

• 14 working days and more prior to your arrival: full refund less £25 administration fee
• Within 14 days of your arrival or in case of a no-show: unfortunately, no refund can be provided.

Please remember that your booking with us forms a legally binding contract, and we highly recommend considering travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Changes and Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be in touch immediately to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a full refund.

Your Comfort and Enjoyment

As our valued guests, we want you to feel right at home during your stay. The guest areas of our B&B and the surrounding grounds are yours to enjoy and explore.

Parking and Other Amenities

Convenient street parking is available near our B&B, though please be mindful that vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Unfortunately, we do not offer on-site parking.

Room changes and Amenities

In rare circumstances where your booked room becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to transfer your reservation to a similar quality room or provide a full refund if no alternative is available.

Your Privacy and Data

We value your privacy and will only use your personal information for necessary purposes. If you prefer not to have your data retained for future communications, please let us know.

Keys and Security

You will receive a set of keys upon arrival. Providing you with 24-hour access to the B&B and your room. Please keep them safe, as lost keys incur a small replacement fee of £10 per key.

Our responsibility

While we strive to ensure your safety and comfort during your stay, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen incidents unless they result from our negligence.

Lost Property and Missing Items

If you have left something behind, don’t worry! We are happy to return it to you providing it can be sent by post, though a small charge may apply for postage and packaging.

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted, and smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within our premises.

Amendments and Intellectual Properties

These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated accordingly. Additionally, all intellectual property rights relating to our service are owned by us.
