In Tunisia

• Local Produce: We buy locally grown fruits and vegetables when not produced by our guide’s family.
• Plastic use reduction: We reduce the usage of plastic (plastic bottles and carrier bags) during our walking holidays.
• Eco-friendly Cooking: We cook on open fires, avoid the use of gas canisters.
• Leave no trace: We take our rubbish with us or burn it if appropriate.
